Got your art but not totally happy? No worries! You have 14 days from when you get your art to tell us if you want to:
- Get all your money back as PakArt credit, or
- Get your money back the way you paid, but we keep 20% as a fee.
Need a different art piece? We’ll happily connect you with a free art expert to find something you’ll love.
If the art you got is damaged or not what we said it would be, you can send it back within 14 days for a full refund.
Remember, you must send it back through PakArt in the original box with everything it came with.
Refunds are in US dollars and depend on the exchange rate when we process them.

Things to Note:
- Custom, limited edition, and framed artworks can’t be returned.
- If you change the art (like stretching or cutting it), we can’t take it back.
- After 14 days, we can’t give refunds.
